Keith D. Kite is the Managing Member of Kite Properties, LLC. He brings to this company a previous success and proven competency in construction, development, and real estate investment. From 1976 to 1996 he was President of the Kite Group of Companies. These family-owned businesses began with Keith’s grandfather in 1928 as M.A. Kite Company and continued on under Keith’s father Albert M. Kite. The Kite Group of Companies developed from a single proprietor paint contracting business into one of the top 10 largest painting contractors in North America.

Keith joined A.G. Edwards & Sons in 1996. As a financial consultant with A.G. Edwards & Sons, he built a strong and trustworthy reputation with his investment clients. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University. Keith is an extremely professional individual with extraordinarily strong entrepreneurial skills and a keen interest in real estate investment and development.

 

 

 

 

 

Kelly P. Kite, Jr. holds the position of Managing Director. He oversees all aspects related to investor services, site research, development, and marketing and management strategies.

Kelly is the fourth generation in the Kite legacy to contribute to the growth of the family business, which is known today as Kite Properties, LLC. He brings to the company a proven track record of accomplishments in real estate, development, and marketing.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from New York Law School, where he served as a valuable member of the Real Estate Law Association. He has a full range of experience and skills in site selection, feasibility analysis, contract negotiation, market research, and commercial sales and leasing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Michael D. Lore is the Manager of Sales and Marketing for Kite Properties, LLC. He brings to this company over ten years of experience and success in sales and customer service. Before moving to Florida, Mike worked for Blue Cross/Blue Shield in Charleston, West Virginia. After moving to Vero Beach, Florida he worked for Construction Data Corporation as a corporate sales recruiter, and prior to joining Kite Properties he worked with Tampoprint as a Territory Sales Manager.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications West Virginia State University. He has a full range of experience and leadership skills in sales, marketing, customer service, as well as market research, planning and budgeting.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Marilyn Beaucher is responsible for managing the day to day office operations. She brings well over 30 years of administrative and technological experience to Kite Properties, LLC.
